On Saturday 5 September, we once again brought together children and their families for our Autumn Football Camp - a day of football, fun (and food!)

At our UK Autumn Football Camp on Saturday, we got some exciting news from Jess - Aston and Simba’s mum.

Jess and her husband Andy are football coaches at .cfc in Wolverhampton, working across both the men’s and women’s teams.

Andy also coaches part-time for Leicester City, working within Leicester City Youth Academy to identify, develop and transition elite young talent.

For the 2026/27 season, Wednesfield FC have added the We Can Kick It logo to all of their team shirts! They’ve also created and displayed advertising boards on their football pitch that promote WCKI. 🙌

Jess was wearing one of the shirts on Saturday, which was a pretty special thing to see. 🙂

We are very grateful to Jess, Andy and everyone at Wednesfield Football Club for their support.

Seeing the WCKI logo out on football pitches and on the shirts of players is a brilliant reminder that our community stretches far beyond the children and families who attend our camps and events.
