Our vision is to be the premier leadership organizatio

n for young leaders and entrepreneurs between 18 to 40 that offers quality projects, balanced programs, opportunities to network with other organizations, to serve the community, and to further the ideas of Junior Chamber International. Although "Philippine" is part of our chapter name, we are not solely a group of Filipinos. Rather, we are an international chapter where everyone is welcome to join.

Celebrating the promotion of our honorary member and proud JCI Dad! 💙 A well-loved and respected Consul General, he is now stepping into his new role as Ambassador. Everyone had such a wonderful time during his despedida/ send-off celebration! 💙

There had been several parties dedicated to him, which the Jaycees, along with other organizations, also attended in the past month. However, last August 12, we are especially grateful that despite his busy schedule and the many things he had to attend to, he still chose to give his precious time and be with us.

Thank you Ambassador Senen Mangalile for that heartfelt gesture. It truly means more than words can express. Your presence, friendship, and support mean so much to all of us.

It’s bittersweet to see you move on to a new appointment, but we couldn’t be prouder of you and all that you’ve accomplished. Your JCI family will always be cheering you on and celebrating every milestone with you.

🚨 BREAKING NEWS FROM NEW YORK:

The 2026 JCI Global Youth Summit has officially wrapped after three exciting days of leadership, diplomacy, innovation, and international connection.

Designed for up to 260 young changemakers, the summit brought together ideas and perspectives from around the world. Its official lineup included leaders from UN Women, UNICEF, the United Nations Foundation, the International Chamber of Commerce, and other global organizations.

Proudly representing our chapter were PNY President Jesse Marcus Rivera and IDVP/SP Arbee Guiveses! 🙌 They carried the JCI PNY spirit onto the international stage and are coming home with new connections, fresh perspectives, and even more inspiration to create local impact.

And the alumni connection was strong! 💙

Making the moment even more special were NYS Gov. Romainne De Guzman Luis and USA Amb. Andrew Luis—co-founders of Alumni Connect and proud JCI PNY alumni.

Seeing our current leaders and alumni together was a beautiful reminder that JCI connections go beyond titles and terms. The friendships remain, the network grows, and the mission continues.

🚨 HISTORY LIT UP TIMES SQUARE 🗽🇵🇭✨

NEW YORK | JULY 30, 2026 — At exactly 12:36 a.m., the 2026 JCI World Congress appeared on a Times Square billboard. For a brief moment, the world saw what we've known all along: Clark is ready.

The screening lasted only seconds. But it carried years of preparation, belief, and love for what the Philippines could bring to the global JCI family.

That night, a small group watched history unfold:

They watched the screen fade. But later that day, Clark shone again.

This time, 2026 JCI President Alejandra Castillo and Secretary General Elvin Teo joined delegates from the Global Youth Summit — alongside our very own lifetime members: Sen. Jocelyn Bernal, Sen. CriCri Ramos, and Gov. Mel Rodriguez.

What began as a small Filipino gathering became a celebration shared by friends from across the world. 🌎🤝

The billboard came back, every 36 minutes, for 24 hours.

And each time, it became more than an ad. It became proof that a vision born in the Philippines could stand proudly at the crossroads of the world.

This moment wasn't just for the World Congress team. It was for every JCI member who believes local leadership can create global impact, for every friendship that crosses borders, for every young leader preparing to make great things happen.

Congratulations to the entire 2026 JCI World Congress team. You brought Clark to New York and gave the global JCI community a milestone it will never forget. 🌟

🚨 𝗙𝗥𝗢𝗠 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗨𝗡 𝗧𝗢 𝗡𝗘𝗪 𝗙𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗣𝗦: 𝗚𝗟𝗢𝗕𝗔𝗟 𝗝𝗖𝗜 𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗦 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗡𝗘𝗖𝗧 𝗜𝗡 𝗡𝗘𝗪 𝗬𝗢𝗥𝗞 🌎🗽

𝗡𝗘𝗪 𝗬𝗢𝗥𝗞 𝗖𝗜𝗧𝗬 | 𝗝𝗨𝗟𝗬 𝟮𝟵, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 — On the first night of the JCI Global Youth Summit, the spirit of diplomacy moved beyond the formal program and into a room filled with stories, laughter, and new possibilities.

Presented by Alumni Connect and JCI USA, the JCI Global Leaders Connect: Impact & Diplomacy Socials brought together JCI leaders and changemakers from around the world.

They arrived carrying different flags, accents, experiences, and titles. Some were longtime friends. Many were meeting for the first time.

But as conversations unfolded, the distance between countries began to disappear. Introductions became stories. Stories became shared dreams. And strangers slowly became friends. 🤝💙

We were deeply honored to share the evening with 2026 JCI President Alejandra Castillo; 2026 JCI World Congress Director Sen. Luis Angelo “LA” Sevilla; JCI Secretary General Elvin Teo; JCI New York State President Arbee Guiveses; and many more inspiring members of our global JCI family.

And last but certainly not least was our very own JCI Philippine–New York President Jesse Marcus Rivera, whose leadership, dedication, and warm Filipino hospitality helped bring this meaningful gathering to life. 🇵🇭🗽

Their presence reminded us that diplomacy does not live only within the halls of the United Nations. It also begins with a sincere hello, grows through listening and understanding, and becomes powerful when friendship inspires people to act together. 🇺🇳✨

By the end of the night, the room was no longer filled with strangers from different parts of the world. It was filled with friends united by a shared purpose: to turn connection into collaboration and collaboration into meaningful impact for our communities and our world. 🌱🌍

JCI Philippine-New York marked its 63rd anniversary with a "Dancing with the Stars" event last Saturday, July 25th, at the Sheraton LaGuardia East Hotel, celebrating Filipino-American community and leadership since 1963 when it was founded by JCI Sen. Ernesto Pilares.

Snaps and videos at the recent chapter event in collaboration with the Senate Group, headed by Krizteen Concepcion, showed that no one stayed seated for long, as everyone eventually took their turn on the dance floor!

The committee, led by Chair Sen. Van Derodar Stevenson and Co-chair Sen. Christina Corcuera, would like to thank everyone who came to support the event, especially to JCI USA NVP Marlee Sickinger and JCI Treasurer Eric Hiatt , the VIP guests, sponsors, and lifetimers who sent their warm greetings.

🇵🇭🇺🇸 A meaningful moment for JCI Philippine-New York

We’re grateful to share that our recent New York gathering with Alumni Connect, Our Senate Group and the JCI Manila team for the 2026 JCI World Congress has been featured in The Asian Pearl.

For us, this was more than an event. It was a reminder of what becomes possible when people from different cities, countries, and chapters come together with a shared desire to build relationships, create opportunities, and strengthen the global JCI community.

As we look ahead to the 2026 JCI World Congress in Clark, Philippines, we hope this is only the beginning of many more friendships and collaborations between New York, the Philippines, and Jaycees around the world.
