❤️❤️❤️ Meet our featured western WI company of the day – Kate’s Coffee Koop – mobile coffee van business and shop with a mission of "crafting kindness." In this post, we wish to recognize Kate's Coffee Koop's commitment to giving back to communities in the region.

And what better way to celebrate this ... than to enjoy the very special moment – at the St. Croix Valley PRCA Rodeo – where the Kate's Coffee Koop flag is carried on horseback throughout the arena by one of the proud members of the Rodeo Royalty! Electric!

Kate's Coffee Koop has become one of the main supporters of this cherished event..., and companies honoring the individuals and families who volunteer so much of their time to making this event so special ... and for all of us.

Located on the quiet corner of Clear Lake, WI's main street, one of the things that makes Kate's Coffee Koop mobile coffee van business special is that it aims to do more than just serve coffee and specialty drinks to communities throughout western WI.

Say's Katie Wagner, owner of this unique coffee van business, "Some of my favorite things to do for local communities is supporting local schools, teams, and events, partnering with hometown businesses and makers, and creating spaces where families, home school co-ops, and local groups can gather."

She adds, "Whether it’s showing up with a mobile coffee unit at a community event, hosting fundraisers, or simply offering a warm, welcoming place to meet and connect, I love finding ways to give back and help strengthen the communities we’re a part of."

Way to go, Kate’s Coffee Koop! Keep carrying your colors – and "crafting kindness" – with pride!

Companies and Organizations – Might you be willing to display our first commemorative rodeo magazine in your office lobbies or customer areas when its published?

We’re just looking for potential volunteers at this point. It costs nothing as the necessary funds have already been raised for printing and distributing the publication. Contact Keith at 715-715-7587 x102 or [email protected] if you might be interested. Thank you for reading this message!

MORE DETAILS

The magazine – which will be for celebrating and honoring the volunteers of St. Croix Valley PRCA Rodeo – will be made freely available throughout western Wisconsin.

In particular, the magazine will be for celebrating the work of our Rodeo Royalty who volunteer hundreds of hours each year serving as ambassadors for these events, appearing at parades, community presentations, and special moments during the rodeo itself.

By displaying the magazine in your office lobbies or customer areas, you will be helping us to support and promote this cherished annual event, while honoring these incredible individuals and many others for their self-less contribution of time and energies year after year.

Here is a link to a preliminary draft copy of the magazine which will hopefully help give you a feel for the positive messages we aim to convey. https://www.peoplewhocare.cloud/sample-rodeo-magazines.html

Like we said, we’ve already received the necessary funds for covering the out-of-pocket costs for printing the magazine and making it available, so that’s already covered. So no financial sponsorship is expected or requested. Just looking for volunteers.

On the contrary, as small token of our appreciation, if you might be willing to display our magazine, we’ll even happily recognize your company in a special place in magazine ... and provide a link to your company’s site or page in the magazine.

If interested, please contact me at your earliest convenience. I’m Keith and you can reach me at 715-715-7587 x102 or [email protected].

Thank you for taking the time to read this message ... and for considering playing a part in helping us promote this special event and recognize its volunteers!

Hi, we just wanted to introduce ourselves. We are a new non-profit in Wisconsin and we hope you will follow our page! Our mission is to contribute resources towards and promote the civic and charitable work of entrepreneurs, organizations, and companies in Western WI. Are you hosting an event which gives back to the community? Make sure to let us know. We do not publicly solicit or accept donations for what we do as it's provided on a volunteer basis or as a free contribution to the community.

As a member of the St. Croix Valley PRCA Rodeo, one of our goals this year is to donate our time to promoting the rodeo. We hope you will consider helping us get the word out as we get closer to the rodeo (held each year in August in Glenwood City, WI).

We are also producing a beautiful commemorative rodeo magazine (which will be free). Would you consider displaying the publication in your lobby or customer areas? We will be happy to recognize you in our magazine if you would!

Lastly, we are making a point to share social media posts – posts by companies perhaps like yours – with special focus on posts which ● demonstrate giving back to the community in one way, shape, or form, or ● which contain something which strikes us as novel, creative, imaginative, colorful, useful, kind, thoughtful, uplifting, etc.

If you wish to discuss any of this further, please feel free to reach out to me. I'm Keith and you can reach me at 715-715-7587 x102 or by email at [email protected]. Thank you so much for reading this message!

Welcome to our very first post! If you participate in, support, or even know of a charitable fundraiser or event which might be able to use some assistance, follow us on Facebook and let us know.

We are a non-profit organization whose mission is to freely support and promote civic and charitable causes, fundraisers, and events in western Wisconsin ... starting with the St. Croix Valley PRCA Rodeo, held each year in August in Glenwood City, WI. We don't charge or ask for donations for this as it's our way of giving.

Not only is this an event the entire family can enjoy..., it’s also an event where we see young people “getting out there and getting after it!”

Every year, hundreds of people, families, organizations and companies volunteer an enormous amount of time to make this event something we can all enjoy. THANK YOU!
