What do you do when doing what is right means being treated wrong?

Following Jesus doesn't always mean being accepted by the world. Sometimes, our faith puts us at odds with those around us. Our natural response might be to become frustrated, grow bitter, or struggle with how to treat those who hurt us. But Jesus calls His followers to a very different response. He calls us to let His love shape how we respond, even when others don't treat us the way they should.

Tomorrow's Message:
RESPONDING TO PERSECUTION

We'll consider the reality of persecution and the challenging call to pray for those who persecute us, showing them the same grace and love that Christ has shown us.

Make plans to worship with us tomorrow! Bring your family, invite a friend, and come ready to be challenged and encouraged by God's Word as we learn what it means to love like Jesus and live like missionaries, even in the face of persecution!

We all have parts of our story we wish we could rewrite. Mistakes we regret, choices we would make differently, and moments we wish we could leave behind. But the good news of the Gospel is that our past does not have the final word. Jesus does.

God’s grace doesn’t pretend our past never happened. It meets us in the middle of it, offers forgiveness, and begins transforming us from the inside out.

As 2 Corinthians 5:17 reminds us, anyone who is in Christ is a new creation. The old has gone, and the new has come!

Your story isn’t over. God is still at work.

Faith was never meant to sit still. It’s meant to move us to action!

Grace doesn’t just change what happens inside us. It changes how we live, how we love, and how we respond to the people around us.

Tomorrow, we’re continuing our Shaped by Grace series with a message titled “Action” from Romans 12:11-21. We’ll explore what it looks like to put our faith into practice, love others genuinely, overcome evil with good, and live out the grace God has shown us.

You know that moment when you realize you’re being pulled in two different directions?

You want to follow God, but fear, distractions, convenience, relationships, or simply wanting to make everyone happy can tempt us to compromise.

Nehemiah knew that struggle.

As he worked to rebuild the walls of Jerusalem, his enemies repeatedly tried to distract him and pull him away from what God had called him to do. But Nehemiah knew he couldn’t afford to come down.
