Un grupo gratuito designado para niños de 7 a 9 años.

Cada semana, nos enfocaremos en diferentes emociones, y usando intervenciones creativas, movimiento, y la práctica del uso de habilidades de afrontamiento saludables, su estudiante aprenderá regulación emocional.

Sometimes a mental reset can be as easy as changing your surroundings. Here are a few ideas of places you can go to around New Braunfels if you need a change of pace:

Working with a licensed mental health professional can help bring your life into focus.

Connections' ARC program is available to individuals of all ages in Comal County for a flat rate of $45 per session. Sessions are available in-person at our New Braunfels and Bulverde offices as well as virtually.

Our prevention specialist, Norma, is having a blast with summer groups in Seguin! She spends four days a week across two programs, Seguin Parks & Recreation's Just for Kids Summer Day Camp and the Seguin ACE Program's Summer Camp, and sees well over 200 kids every other day.

In these groups, kids are learning life skills and participating in fun activities that promote healthy lifestyles. By increasing children's knowledge of and fostering positive attitudes toward things like making friends, kindness, staying active, teamwork, and empathy, our prevention specialists lay the groundwork for continuing to make healthy choices as kids get older.

Teens and adults may struggle to see eye to eye, but healthy communication is not as impossible as it may seem.

In "Real Talk: Communication & Conflict Skills for Teens and Parents," you'll build basic communication skills and learn how to "fight fair"—with an emphasis on constructive conflict resolution.
