Youth football moms be like… 🏈

Her son has 14 carries, 120 yards and 2 touchdowns.

Another kid touches the ball ONE time…

Mom: “OH, SO WE JUST FORGOT ABOUT #5 NOW?!” 😭

Ma’am… that boy has touched the football more than the CENTER. 😂

Some football parents don’t want an offense…

They want a documentary about their child. 😭

Coaches, what’s the MOST carries you’ve seen a parent complain wasn’t enough? 👇

😂🏈 YOUTH FOOTBALL BE LIKE… THE PARENT WHO KNOWS EVERYTHING!

Every team has that ONE dad who coaches harder from the BLEACHERS than the actual coaching staff! 😭💀

🗣️ “RUN THE BALL!”
🗣️ “THAT’S THE WRONG PLAY!”
🗣️ “MY SON SHOULD BE STARTING!”

Coach: “Hey, we’d love to have you help at practice!”

Dad: “Man, you know my work schedule is CRAZY!” 😂

MY BROTHER… YOU GOT TIME TO COACH FROM THE BLEACHERS BUT CAN’T MAKE ONE PRACTICE?! 💀

Got a whole NFL coaching résumé with ZERO coaching experience! 😭

🏈 COACHES, BE HONEST… DOES EVERY TEAM HAVE THIS PARENT?!

👇 TAG A COACH WHO KNOWS EXACTLY WHAT I’M TALKING ABOUT!

COACHES… somebody is ALWAYS going to have something to say.

Push them too hard — you’re doing too much.
Don’t push them enough — you don’t care.
Hold them accountable — you’re too tough.
Give them grace — you’re too soft.
Play them — somebody complains.
Sit them — somebody complains. 🤦🏾‍♂️😂

You will NEVER coach in a way that makes everybody happy.

So stop trying.

Coach with purpose.
Coach with integrity.
Do what you believe is best for the athletes in front of you.

Take the criticism. Learn from the criticism that’s valid. Let the rest go.

At the end of the day… BE YOU.
