POOL TAGS

2025 Pool tags will be available for sale at the NBHA Pool on Saturday, April 26, 2025 8:00 AM-12:00 PM for $45 per member address administrative fee by check, cash, or Square.

Please note we can no longer not accept Venmo, Zelle.

The pool is currently undergoing a minor cosmetic repair, and is expected to be back online by Sunday, April 27, 2025.

BOARD OF TRUSTEES ELECTION

As required in the by-laws of the Nassau Bay Homes Association, Inc. the annual election for it’s Board of Trustees will be held on Saturday, May 3, 2025 from 7am-7pm, and early voting on Monday, April 28, 2025 - Thursday, May 1, 2025 from 9am to 4 pm at the NBHA office located at 1322 Space Park Drive, Suite C121.

Any member who desires to become a candidate for election to a Trustee position may file an application with the association not earlier than sixty (60) days, Tuesday, March 4, 2025, nor later than thirty (30) days prior, Thursday, April 3, 2025, to the scheduled election date.

Three seats are open for election this year, each with a term of two years. The candidate receiving the highest number of votes, the second, and third highest number of votes shall be elected.

EXTERIOR MAINTENANCE GUIDELINES
Please note that exterior maintenance guidelines have been approved and recorded.

All improvements on a lot, applicable to those areas of the property visible from public view, must be maintained in a state of good repair and shall not be allowed to substantially deteriorate pertaining to paint, mold/mildew, exterior surfaces, gutters, roofs, glass surfaces, garage doors, lawns & landscaping, inoperable vehicles, debris/machinery/equipment, basketball goals, and pools.
