Walking In Purpose will form partnerships with various organizations such as: local department of children services, jails/detention centers, hospitals, and board of probation/parole

. The organization's goal is to provide education, training, and support to the clients served that will lead to community and personal development. Walking In Purpose strives to make substantial contributions by creating jobs, strengthening families, empowering individuals,and building relationships throughout the community. Our aim is to equip individuals and families with the skills needed to lead productive lives. Program objectives include ensuring that the needs of the community are met by creating an effective support system of community partners and resources.

Start a Business, Change Your Life Program!

A 10-month transformative program designed for individuals who are ready to build sustainable, profitable businesses that create wealth, stability, and lasting impact in their lives and communities.

The Start a Business, Change Your Life Program (Cohort 4) equips aspiring and early-stage entrepreneurs with the skills, mentorship, and resources to launch and grow successful ventures with confidence.

This cohort begins with a 7-week in-person training phase (January 10 – February 21, 2026) and includes a bonus course on Artificial Intelligence (AI) for Entrepreneurs.

The full 10-month experience is divided into multiple phases to support long-term business growth:

Training & Learning (7 weeks)

Mentoring from experienced business professionals and entrepeneurs

Consulting services from Morgan State University students

Access to community and capital resources

Opportunities for grants towards your business

Progress tracking and accountability

Participants must commit to completing all program phases to access the full benefits and funding opportunities.

🗣🗣 Do you have kids Ages 6-12 who need something to do this summer ☀️? Well consider sending them to our camp for 8 weeks of fun, steam projects, reading, field trips, life skills, community service and more!!!! Our camp begins June 3rd and ends July 26th 8am-4pm * doors open at 7:30am, if you require after care (4pm-5pm) it's an additional $25/week. Camp fee is $75/week with a discounted rate if you have multiple children. *Scholarships are also available!!!
Kids receive breakfast, lunch, and snacks.
