DUCKS 2K13 GOLD — BRACKET RUNNER-UPS! 🦆
These girls started at 8 AM, battled through 6 games, and walked away with some hardware and absolutely NOTHING left in the tank!
OFFENSIVE STANDOUTS
💥 Highest Batting Average: Emmalyn Tarbox — .714
💥 Most RBIs: Addison Bennett — 7
💥 Home Run: Blakely Clements with a solo shot! 💣
DEFENSIVE HIGHLIGHTS
🔥 Kali Frye, Harper Browning, & Addison Bennett turned a BEAUTIFUL 1-3-2 double play in the championship game!
🔥 Jaiden, Kali, & AK held it down in the circle, keeping our opponents to a combined .203 batting average throughout the day! 💪🏼
MVP MOMENT
Jaiden Folsom was awarded MVP by another team yesterday for her performance on the field, and let us tell you… SHE HAD A DAY! In the circle, Jaiden faced 34 batters, allowed just 9 hits, recorded 14 Ks..7 looking, and gave up only 4 walks.
But here’s the thing… it took ALL 10 of our girls yesterday. Every single player stepped up in big moments, made plays when we needed them, and continued to fight until the very end. THAT is a team. We missed two of our girls yesterday and can’t wait to hit the clay again with all 12!
As always… it’s Ducks season and whoop whoop 🙌🏼
