Recently, Touching Bases took the field at Clover Stadium, home of the Rockland Boulders, for a series of exciting games! Under the lights, the Venture Yankees faced off against the Venture Stars in a fun, friendly matchup.⚾

It was a wonderful night of friendship and sportsmanship, reminding us that the best part of the game is having fun together!

A big thank you to everyone who helped make this ballpark experience a home run!

On a cool, rainy day like this, we are reminiscing about warmer days!🌧️

Recently, our Venture Together Day Habilitation programs took advantage of all summer had to offer at our DJ Poolside Party & BBQ, enjoying music from our DJ, cooling off in the pool, striking a pose at the photo booth, sharing delicious food, and spending a wonderful day together with friends.

Here's hoping sunnier days are in our future!

Venture Together recently returned to the water for our second incredible experience with LOF Adaptive Skiers. 🌊

Our adventurers got another chance to enjoy adaptive waterskiing and water tubing, creating more unforgettable memories and experiencing the freedom and excitement of being out on the water.

A huge thank you to LOF Adaptive Skiers for their time, expertise, and commitment to making adaptive recreation possible. LOF provides adaptive waterskiing, wakeboarding, and tubing experiences for people of all ages and abilities, using specialized equipment, trained instructors, and a fully accessible setting to help participants experience greater independence, confidence, and joy.

As we mark the 25th anniversary of September 11, 2001, Venture Together pauses to remember the lives lost, the families and communities forever changed, and the countless heroes who responded with courage, compassion, and selflessness.

We know this day is deeply personal for many within our Venture community. Some of our staff, families, friends, and neighbors lost loved ones on 9/11. To those who carry that loss, we stand beside you in remembrance and extend our deepest compassion.

May we continue to remember not only what happened, but the lives, families, and legacies behind the names.

Earlier this year, members of Venture Together’s Kindness Club volunteered on Western Highway to help alongside The Turtles of Western Highway!🐢

Each spring, snapping turtles travel to higher, drier ground to lay their eggs. Volunteers help them safely cross the road while documenting nesting activity, and our Kindness Club was proud to lend a hand.

We’re so grateful to The Turtles of Western Highway for allowing our Kindness Club to take part in this important work and learn more about protecting our local wildlife. We loved spending the day outdoors and helping make sure the next generation of turtles gets a safe start.

Camp Venture recently welcomed a very special guest star: Rockademy! 🤘

Their annual camp concert had campers and staff dancing, singing, celebrating, and rocking out to an incredible setlist. It’s a performance our Venture family looks forward to every summer, and this year was no exception!

Huge thanks to Rockademy for another amazing performance and for sharing your incredible talent with our campers. And of course, thank you to our campers and staff for being the best audience around!
