The Long Day’s Work
Strong minds don’t break when the pressure comes down,
When the client wants quick and you’re holding your ground.
We’ve mapped every burrow, we’ve read every sign —
Detection before treatment, every single time.
The frustration is real when they say just lay bait,
When the biology’s screaming there’s more on your plate.
Exclusion takes patience, takes labor, takes trust,
But sealing the entry isn’t optional — it’s a must.
To bait or not to bait — that’s the question we carry,
When resistance is building and the outcomes are scary.
A station isn’t strategy, a block isn’t a plan,
When you haven’t found the source, you’re just buying time, man.
Compliance means paperwork, checklists, and calls,
It means doing it right when nobody’s watching the halls.
It means your partner shows up when the weather is rough,
When the crawlspace is tight and the going is tough.
Strong will is the thing that keeps boots on the ground,
When the data says one thing and the client wants sound.
When the easy road’s calling and the deadline is near —
You hold to the method. That’s why you are here.
Long days don’t break us, they build what we are —
Field operators, partners, road-worn from afar.
We are not the shortcut. We are not the spray.
We are the ones who figure out the why of the day.
So raise up your tired hands, your sore back, your resolve —
Strong minds. Strong will. Do the work. Hold the line.
Detection before treatment — every single time.
