We would love to give a shout-out to the Sew Bee It Quilter's Club, which meets on the third Wednesday of the month in the Farley Community Room at the Village Hall.

This group is dedicated to doing service projects throughout our community. Today, they made shopping bags for the Human Services Food Pantry. We cannot thank them enough for their dedication! Their incredible talents are matched only by the size of their hearts!

Today, the Village of Mount Prospect joins communities worldwide to recognize World Elder Abuse Awareness Day.
Our Human Services Department advocates for the dignity and safety of all residents. The Illinois Adult Protective Services Program is available to investigate suspected abuse, neglect, and financial exploitation for residents aged 60+ (or 18-59 with a disability) residing in domestic settings.
How to help: If you have concerns about an older adult's safety, call the statewide, 24-hour hotline at 1-866-800-1409.
