Fall fun at the farm!
Our New Vision kids recently spent the day at Brown & Brown Farms for a fall-themed adventure! From exploring the corn maze and racing down the giant slide to making bubbles and enjoying all the farm activities, there was plenty of fun to be had!
But outings like these are about more than just having a good time. For children who are blind or have low vision, exploring unfamiliar environments, trying new activities, and navigating different spaces are all opportunities to build confidence, independence, and social skills.
At New Vision, we believe learning happens everywhere, and sometimes the best lessons happen while you're having fun!
