Tuskegee University continues to prove the value of higher education—and specifically a Tuskegee education. The success of the Class of 2026 reflects the enduring principles of Mother Tuskegee – rigorous academic preparation, experiential learning, and leadership development, which produce graduates who thrive and contribute to society in a meaningful way.
▪️70% secured employment or graduate school placement prior to graduation
▪️89% of Business and Information Science students had confirmed offers – many more than one
▪️76% completed global experiential learning -- most with multiple internships
▪️56% engaged in hands-on practicums (e.g., nursing, education, health professions)
▪️100% pass rate for nursing and allied health licensure
▪️20 new military officers commissioned across all service branches
▪️15 aviation graduates -- new pilots (11 instrument-rated)
▪️51 new Doctors of Veterinary Medicine
▪️22 Research-Based PhDs…a record for TU and in the required window for R2
▪️55% honor graduates; 10 with perfect 4.0 GPAs
▪️20% studied abroad; 26% participated in undergraduate research
▪️Continued recognition as the #1 Southern Regional University for Social Mobility (U.S. News & World Report)
▪️Achieved while maintaining a 30% admissions acceptance rate.
