I know I have spoken with several in the community in the past about mental health and how we can help change the stigma in our part of the world. I have had many of you buy shirts, come to car shows and Firehouse Pizza, volunteer, and donate to support our local affiliate that offers a
free support group twice a month . We appreciate each and everyone of you who has supported our cause. If you are someone who has reached out and would still like to help out in any way, please share this post, be a paid member (cost ranges from $5-60), come to support group mtgs., and/or reach out to volunteer. We need you! Lastly, if you are attending college this fall and are a citizen of Butler County, don’t forget to reach out today or tomorrow to apply for the scholarship we offer (or scroll on our page to find the link). The deadline to apply is tomorrow. Now go to NAMI.org now and join your local chapter. Make sure to choose Kentucky and then choose Butler County for your affiliate.
