We finished up the season yesterday with Danny and Hollis Cardwell winning the open tournament out of Morgantown.

We'll be fishing our classic this Saturday at Nolin Lake. We will be taking off from the Moutardier Ramp at 7:00am with weigh-in at 3:00pm. There will be a $30 entry fee on this year's classic. The take off order is determined by finishing position in points.

We will be at Green River in the morning, at the Morgantown boat ramp. This will be an open tournament, so it will be $60/boat. Afterwards, we will announce the Classic qualifiers. You need to finish in the top 10 and fish at least 3 tournaments. Tomorrow's tournament will count toward the 3 fished.

Blast off is at 7am with weigh in at 3pm. See y'all there.

We're coming up on the last points tournament of the season. This one will set most of the Classic field. So, here is the top 10 in points currently. The top 10 will qualify for the Classic on October 25th.

Alright, we're about ready to get going for real.

Just a reminder to team members and captains, we'll be meeting tomorrow night at Aberdeen Baptist Church in the gym at 6:30. This will be our first pre-tournament meeting, since we will be fishing this Saturday at Nolin Lake.

We're going to be doing some learning about late summer/early fall patterns and lures, equipment to use, and what to look for on the water. We will discuss the lake we will be fishing as well.

Captains, we're going to discuss the tournament set-up for Saturday, including meeting times and angler drop offs, so please try to be there if you can.

There is a chance we could be short a captain for this first one. If anyone can help out, let us know. We want to help these kids as best we can.

We will be at Lake Malone in the morning for our next points tournament. I have the points and will be posting them a little bit later tonight. Take off tomorrow will be at 6:30am with weigh-in at 2:30 pm. Entry fee is $50/boat.

There is a high school tournament going on as well, so be mindful as we all try to use the boat ramp together.

Alright, we've had a good break and looking forward to starting the fall swing in the morning. We'll be fishing pool #3 on the Green River coming out of Rochester. Blast off is at 6:30am with weigh in at 2:30. The river has been fishing really good lately, so we expect to see some good fish weighed in. This is a points tournament, so the entry fee will be $50.
