Taylor, assistant director of production for LSS Meals, provides leadership and operations support to kitchens producing youth meals for daycares and other organizations. Taylor is a registered dietician, overseeing menus and food production. Her expertise in meal requirements, food allergens, and food safety/sanitation helps LSS Meals deliver tasty, nutritionally balanced, healthy meals. She can often be found assisting in the kitchen or answering questions about food preparation.

Our congregate dining guests enjoyed a delicious meal followed by a very special visit from some adorable baby goats. There were plenty of laughs, cuddles, and happy memories shared by all!
