Established in memory of our dear friend and colleague, this award recognizes Dr. Sandra Shelton’s lasting commitment to doctoral student success and the spirit of paying it forward within The PhD Project community.

Eligibility:
✔ Passed comprehensive exams
✔ Active doctoral student member of any PhD Project Member Association (Accounting, Finance & Economics, Information Systems & Sciences, Management and Marketing)

Award:
🪙 $1,000 cash prize awarded to up to 5 doctoral students annually across all disciplines
