Five years ago, Avital came to Lev LaLev orphanage while her father was too ill to care for her, and her mother was unable to be there for her due to mental illness.

Lev LaLev became her home.

Avital deserves a beautiful wedding and a real start in her new married life.

‼️ *We almost have the full amount needed, but she still needs help with setting up her apartment and we are less than a month away!!*

This girl has no one… and she just lost her father before Pesach.

We are all she has. Please help us reach the goal and start her life on the right foot!!

Today is Yom Ha’atzmaut, Israel’s Independence Day.

We are celebrating with the children, and I wanted to share a small glimpse of today with you.

Some of them spent the day at an amusement park, laughing, letting go, just being kids.

At the same time, the girls in our Post Trauma Center were horseback riding, slower, quieter moments that help them rebuild a sense of calm and trust.

Two completely different experiences.

But both are part of the same thing.

For these girls, independence means something much deeper.

It means feeling safe.
It means being able to laugh freely.
It means not always being on edge.

To slowly become whole again.

That’s what you’re seeing in the pictures below.

And it only happens because they have a place that surrounds them with consistency, care, and love.

Because of you.
