Heartbeat of Monroe recently took time to step back from day-to-day responsibilities and focus on organizational clarity, teamwork, and how we can continue strengthening our service to the individuals and families who reach out to us in need.

We’re grateful to Chris Knudsen of Pilot Island Consulting for facilitating our retreat. Through thoughtful conversations about our purpose, core values, and priorities, we were able to strengthen our shared understanding and identify practical steps to help us work as an extraordinary team for the good of our community.

Chris partners with organizations to strengthen their organizational health through increased clarity, team alignment, leadership development, and more effective meetings. We appreciated his guidance and the opportunity to enhance the health of our organization at Heartbeat as we continue our mission of supporting families and protecting life.
