Louie still needs a temporary hero. 4 weeks is all he needs and you'll be a hero for life. Please consider giving this 9 year old sweetie a living home for 4 weeks. His mom has been a victim of a violent partner attacking her. We don't want Louie to have to stay under the roof of that criminal. Please help.

Charizard is a sweet, goofy boy who just wants to be with his people at all times. He was trained to be a service dog, but is a bit too high-energy for the job, and his person has become too sick to take care of him. He knows many commands and listens well once he bonds to you. He would be a great dog for an active person or family with older kids.

Some things to know about Char:

-High-energy and affectionate, loves attention, treats, and playing fetch. It is important that he has a fenced yard to get his zoomies out.

-Good with any dog in passing. Does great living with female dogs and all cats!

-Has seasonal allergies but otherwise in great health. Gets a little separation anxiety, but this gets better with time.

Charizard has so much love to share. If you think he would fit well in your household, I hope you'll consider adopting him.

Sweet, gentle Louie is asking for your help. His loving human mom is a victim of domestic violence. She had to leave her home to receive medical treatment. Her violent abusive husband is back in their home and has Louie. This man enjoys bullying people and animals that are smaller and weaker.

Louie needs a temporary foster home for 4 weeks. His mom is going to have a place to take him to at that time.
Louie is trained, great with other dogs, cats and kids. He's about 9 years old His weight fluctuates between 38 and 40 pounds. He is located in Southern Pa and will be delivered to his foster home.

Can you care for Louie for 4 weeks??
