Cure HHT The official page for Cure HHT, the world's leading organization working to raise awareness

Hereditary Hemorrhagic Telangiectasia (HHT) is an inherited disease that affects over 1 million people worldwide. It is caused by defective blood vessels in the brain, lungs, liver, nose, skin, and intestines, and typically begins with nosebleeds during childhood. HHT is highly treatable but can result in serious health problems if not promptly diagnosed and treated.

June has arrived—which means it’s finally HHT Awareness Month! Today begins a month-long community celebration that raises awareness for hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (HHT). This June, Cure HHT is proud to launch a campaign centered on one powerful idea: If we stand together, HHT’s visibility cannot be ignored.

Visible Together is a call for collective visibility. It is a reminder that progress happens when the entire community – patients, caregivers, clinicians, researchers, donors, and advocates – work together to make HHT harder to miss and impossible to ignore.
