Friday Night Done Right! 💙

Winding down after a long week with my favorite person at the Waterin Hole in Mitchell, SD! 🧊 We’re celebrating being sober, but that doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy an absolutely amazing drink together. We both grabbed an ice-cold Lotus energy drink—so refreshing and delicious!
​The best part? Unlike traditional Friday night choices, these Lotus drinks come with amazing benefits. Instead of a pounding headache, dehydration, and a wasted Saturday morning, we get all-natural energy, focused clarity, and feel incredible. A yummy drink, great company, and NO hangover? That’s what I call a win. 🎉💪

Some of us made it to the top of Bear Butte, some of us did not.... but everyone tried.

Bear Butte is a prominent geological laccolith and a sacred Native American landmark located near Sturgis, South Dakota
Served for centuries as a vital site for vision quests, prayer, and religious ceremonies for Plains Indian tribes.
Visitors frequently encounter colorful prayer cloths and to***co ties attached to trees, which represent active personal worship and should be left completely undisturbed.

Their history is part of our shared story, and understanding it enriches us all. Reflecting on the significance of community and the values that connect us. 🌍❤️

Night Two- The 38th Annual Black Hills Powwow (He Sapa Wacipi Na Oskate) taking place now, on October 9–11, 2026, at the Summit Arena at The Monument in Rapid City, South Dakota.

Championship dance competitions, world-class northern plains and regional drum groups, the He Sapa Win pageant, fine arts shows, a kickoff parade in downtown Rapid City, handgame tournaments, and Wacipi 101 cultural protocol sessions.

​To kick off the road trip, they decided to see who could hold the ultimate game face. 😶📱
