💗 Still Waiting for Her Forever Family… Meet Elle 💗

While we were thrilled to see several of our pups find their forever homes this weekend, sweet Elle is still waiting for someone to choose her.

Elle is the kind of dog who doesn’t demand the spotlight. She’s calm, gentle, and wonderfully low maintenance, content to simply be by your side. She is also 100% house trained, making the transition into her forever home that much easier.

Elle may do well with another calm, respectful dog, but she would also be perfectly happy soaking up all the love as your one and only. A quieter home would be ideal for her, as small children tend to make her feel stressed and overwhelmed.

Sometimes the dogs who are the easiest to live with get overlooked because they aren’t the loudest or most outgoing. But for the right person, Elle could be the perfect companion - loyal, loving, and ready to settle into a life of comfort and security.

Sweet Di is ready to leave her past behind and start her next chapter with a family who will love her endlessly. She’s gentle, lovable, and impossible not to fall for.

✨ HOPE
Her name says it all. Hope is searching for the happy ending every rescue dog deserves. She’s resilient, loving, and ready to show her future family just how special she is.

✨ SCOOBY
Scooby continues to wait patiently for his forever home, and we know his perfect match is out there. This handsome boy is ready to meet visitors and steal hearts at the event!

✨ ELLE
Elle is as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. She’s eager for love, companionship, and a place where she can finally feel safe and home for good.

This Memorial Day, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. ❤️🤍💙

As we spend time with family, friends, and our beloved pets this weekend, we are reminded how meaningful “home” truly is.

At the same time, so many rescue dogs are still waiting for a place to call their own - a safe bed, a loving family, and the comfort of knowing they belong.

You can help make a difference by sharing our adoptable pups, fostering, volunteering, or simply helping spread the word. Every share brings us one step closer to helping a dog find their forever home.

Today we remember. We honor. And we continue our mission with hope that every dog waiting in rescue will someday know the love and security of home. 🐾

Nike needs us. Right now, he is all alone at the shelter and urgently needs a foster family to help him feel safe, decompress, and learn that he can trust again.

It’s hard to fully tell you who Nike is right now because shelter life has been incredibly overwhelming for him. What we do know is that Nike desperately wants connection, comfort, and someone he can bond with.

Nike is a smart, active boy who needs a person and a purpose - something very common for his breed mix. Exercise and structure are incredibly important for him, and a fenced yard or secure outdoor area would be ideal so he can safely burn energy and relax.

He may do well with another dog that matches his size and calm demeanor, but he could also thrive as an only dog with the right person who is committed to building trust and making him feel secure. More than anything, Nike needs someone patient, caring, and willing to show him he’s not alone anymore.

Fostering truly saves lives, and for Nike, it could change everything. We urgently need a foster home for him immediately. Please share this post, his person could be just one share away. ❤️

Matching rescue pups with their forever homes is one of the most rewarding parts of rescue… but also one of the hardest. 💔

Some pups receive very few applications. Some applications seem promising, only for communication to suddenly stop. And sometimes amazing dogs are simply overlooked because social media algorithms don’t show them to enough people. Behind every post is a pup waiting, a foster hoping, and a rescue team working tirelessly to help them be seen.

It can be discouraging at times, but one thing we will never do is give up on our dogs. 💕Every single pup deserves a family who will love them for life, and we truly believe their people are out there. Sometimes the perfect match just takes a little longer to find.

So we’ll keep posting. Keep sharing. Keep answering messages. Keep arranging meet-and-greets. Keep believing.

And we ask our community to keep helping too by sharing posts, talking about our dogs, tagging friends, and helping increase visibility for the pups still waiting. You never know who might see a post and realize their newest family member has been right in front of them all along. ❤️🐾

Every rescue journey begins with someone willing to say “yes” to helping a homeless dog in need and we are endlessly grateful for our incredible rescue partners Second Chance Animal Rescue of Puerto Rico who do exactly that every single day. ❤️🐾

From rescuing dogs off the streets, to providing medical care, love, safety, and transportation coordination, their dedication makes it possible for these pups to get a second chance at life here in New Hampshire.

The journey is not easy. It takes compassion, commitment, long hours, and countless volunteers working together behind the scenes to ensure each dog arrives safely and ready to begin their next chapter with a forever family.

Please join us in celebrating and thanking SCARPR for the lifesaving work they do for homeless dogs every day. Because of them, so many pups who once had no hope are now living happy, loved lives. ✈️🐶❤️

Today was an incredibly emotional day to finally see our most tenured rescues fly off the island thanks to our amazing friends at The Sato Project. We were honored to have four rescues on board their inaugural flight as they raised their hands to offer transport for over 150 rescues on their way to support teams across the East Coast.

Our heartfelt thanks to the dedicated volunteers at Sato Heart Rescue as they bring our lucky four one critical step closer to finding their forever families. The words "beyond capacity" continue to be our new normal, but for Di, Nike, Hope, and Elle, today is the start of their new chapter.

From feeding and cleaning to playtime, cuddles, and helping the pups feel safe and loved, your support means everything. These dogs have traveled a long journey to get to New Hampshire, and because of you, they are settling in with comfort and care while they wait for their forever families.

FOUR adorable pups are now officially in NH and getting ready to meet potential adopters! 🐶🏡 We can’t wait for them to find the loving homes they deserve.
