Yucca Learning

What if your child came home with a story they couldn’t wait to tell? 🦋

Some days, learning at Yucca means focused practice, working through challenges, and building new skills. Some days, it means stepping outside and finding yourself surrounded by migrating monarchs.

There’s room for both. For deep concentration and wide-eyed wonder. For growing capable, confident learners who stay curious about the world.

Looking for this kind of education for your child?

New friends, big adventures, and a few “I’m scared, but I’ll try it anyway!” moments. 💛

Our Build the Tribe retreat brought Yucca learners together with learners from four Acton schools from East Texas to West Texas for three days of adventure and connection. Between the laughter, new friends, and chances to try something brave, this trip gave them plenty of stories to bring home.
Big Shout-out of gratitude to Acton Cy-Fair for hosting such a wonderful event as always!

We’re hiring! ☀️

Aftercare at Yucca Learning isn’t just the end of the school day—it’s an opportunity to create a calm, joyful space where children can play, create, connect, and simply be children.

We’re looking for an Aftercare Leader who is warm, dependable, and loves building meaningful relationships with children and families. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys spending time outdoors, encourages independence, brings creativity to each afternoon, and believes childhood should be filled with wonder, responsibility, and joy.

If you’re looking for meaningful work with a mission-driven team, we’d love to hear from you.

Know someone who would be a wonderful fit? Tag them below, share this post, or send them our way. We can’t wait to meet the right person. 💛

What if school felt different?

At Yucca Learning, children bake bread, explore outdoors, ask big questions, solve real problems, and grow in a close-knit community that families can call home from toddlerhood through high school.

We're now enrolling for the 2026–2027 school year, with limited availability in several communities. We'd love to show you around.
