Tumble Over Grief Workshop, round ✌🏼

I can't believe it's been almost 6 weeks since our event! We feel so fortunate to have been able to spend the afternoon with so many incredible children, meeting their family, and honoring their loved ones who have passed.

I hope this community that we are building is bringing some peace and hope to these grieving families. I know with each event that we host, it slowly helps heal the hole left in our hearts after losing Ava.

Thank you to all of our families who trust us with their hearts and children, to and for hosting with us, and for all of our donors who make these events possible.

Happy Father's Day to all the men who play the role of dad, whether biological or not, you deserve to be recognized.

To all the families who are grieving the loss of a father or spouse, or the dads who have lost a child, we recognize you too.

We pray that today can bring memories of happiness, that it is gentle on your hearts, and that you are able to find a moment of hope and joyfulness 🫂❤️‍🩹

We are so excited to be bringing back our Tumble Over Grief event!

If you didn't get to join us last year, don't worry because you will have an opportunity to do so this year! Head over to our website (link in bio) to check out pictures from last year's event! This was our first ever Foundation event and we enjoyed it so much that we are doing it again!

We are currently working on solidifying the date, so stay tuned, and we hope to see you there!!

We are so incredibly grateful to Zack's parents and our church for honoring Ava in such an incredible way 💞

Luke 18: 16-17
"But Jesus called the children to him and said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these. 17 Truly I tell you, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.”

Today we took Ava to the Sundae Shoppe for her birthday dinner. It was the place she requested to go for her 4th (and our last) birthday together. We lit her birthday candle while the kids sang her 'Happy Birthday'. Ava even got her own rainbow Hawaiian ice, just for her 💗

This weekend has been hard but we are so incredibly thankful for the family and friends who continue to honor and celebrate Ava with us 🫂❤️‍🩹

We love you Ava. We miss you so much. We will never stop celebrating you because you continue to change our lives, even from heaven.

Mother's Day can be a joyful and also difficult day for some. Whether you have lost a child or spouse, Mother's Day can be a hard reminder of what no longer is.
