Bayshore Family Success Center

Bayshore Family Success Center Services are provided by the center and through collaborative relationships with community based groups and organizations.

The Bayshore Family Success Center is a gathering place for Bayshore community residents, funded by the New Jersey Division of Family and Community Partnerships and managed by YMCA of the Jersey Shore. The Bayshore Family Success Center, located at The Henry Hudson Trail Activity Center, is a state-funded, community-based, family-centered neighborhood gathering place where any community resident c

an go to for family support, information and services. The center provides individuals and families in the Bayshore area with resources and support and enriches the lives of children and parents by making families and neighborhoods stronger. Family Success Centers provide an array of education, and support services to help strengthen families and improve the quality of life and well-being for all community residents.

Starting September 1st, the Affordable Housing Alliance (AHA) will begin accepting new applications for the following assistance for Monmouth County residents earning under 200% of the Federal Poverty Income Guidelines:

🏠 Housing Assistance – up to $6,000
Behind on rent, mortgage, HOA fees, or property tax? Need help with a security deposit or first month's rent? For eligible applicants, we can help.
📈 Rent assistance is increasing to $6,000, starting September 1st!

💡 Utility Arrears – up to $1000 per category
Covers gas/fuel/electric shutoff or past-due bills, and past-due water bills.
📈 Utility assistance is increasing to $1,000, starting September 1st!

🚗 Transportation Assistance – up to $500 per category for education, medical, nutrition, and job-related needs.
