COURTESY POST: 3 year German Shepard and Great Pyrenees Mix. Spayed and UTD. Good with cats and other dogs. Great with kids and loves outside, loves people and loves cuddling. If you are are yeller, shes not for you. Yelling will drive her to her cage where she feels safe. She just loves attention and would do best in a calm but active house! Adoption fee is $350. T’was the day after Christmas, and all through the city, this boy was running all around in a tizzy.

He’s handsome and friendly, clearly treated with care, we wish he’d get out of our patrol car, my gosh, there’s just so much hair!

He was found in the woods, just outside Jamal Drive, he’s been temporarily secured safely in the back of Car #5.

Please share with your friends, and let’s get him home, before the snow comes and covers your lawn gnome!

This handsome Rottweiler boy was out taking a stroll on West Conkling Ave, looking to make some new friends… but unfortunately he wandered into our Animal Control office instead!

He’s safe and being cared for. If you recognize him or know who his humans are, please have them call the Police Department at 📞 845-343-3151.

Let’s help get this good boy home! 🐶❤️

🚨Found Bear Alert 🚨

Our officers have responded to multiple reports of a lazy black bear taking a stroll along Academy Avenue. If it’s your bear, please come pick it up-it’s causing a significant disturbance and generating multiple phone calls and socia media posts 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ Otherwise, please avoid the area until he returns back to his/her residence!!! 🧸🐻🐻‍❄️
