As we reflect on the graduation of our first Delta LEAD Cohort, we celebrate not only the accomplishments of these phenomenal sorors but also the vision that made this moment possible.

A special shout-out to our Charter Member, Immediate Past DE State Coordinator and Past Chapter President, Soror Tasha Butler whose vision as Chair of the Delta LEAD Committee helped launch this inaugural cohort. She exemplifies servant leadership by leading with purpose, doing the work behind the scenes and investing in the growth of others. Because of your commitment to developing leaders, your impact will continue to be felt for generations of sorors to come.

Our inaugural cohort experienced an enhanced Delta LEAD journey through MAC Academy, an extension that incorporated additional leadership training to further develop and prepare future chapter leaders. ❤️

This inaugural class embraced the opportunity to learn and strengthen their leadership skills, marking the beginning of what we know will be a lasting legacy of leadership within our chapter.
