Miami Animal Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Miami, Florida. We are dedicated to rescuing abused, abandoned, and neglected animals, providing medical care, foster homes, and the chance to be adopted into loving families. Our rescue is fully community supported, and every donation, foster, and share helps us save more lives. If you’d like to get involved, we welcome you to foster, adopt, volunteer, or support our work however you can.

Abby has something very important to share… she’s fully potty trained! 🎉❤️

And that’s not all. Abby is incredibly smart and super easy to train. We’ve already taught her a few simple commands, and she picks things up so quickly.

Abby is a 2-3 month old what we like to call a South Florida Special 😂 We’re guessing Terrier mix with a little bit of who knows what thrown in there, but we expect her to be medium to large when fully grown.

We are a completely foster-based, so Abby is currently living in a foster home while she waits for her forever family. To adopt, visit MiamiAnimalRescue.org and submit an adoption application. If approved, we’ll reach out to schedule a meet and greet with her foster family.

Eclipse is available for adoption! 🤍

He is a 7 month old Miniature Poodle mix who can be a little shy at first, but once he feels comfortable, his sweet personality comes right out. He does great with other dogs, is neutered, and is up to date on all of his veterinary care.

Miami Animal Rescue is a completely foster-based rescue, so Eclipse is currently living in a foster home while he waits for his forever family. Logan is still looking for his forever home! ❤️

We genuinely can’t say enough good things about this boy. Logan is one of those puppies that everyone falls in love with. He’s been in three different foster homes, and every single foster has told us the exact same thing: he is such a good dog.

This 3 month old Lab, Terrier, maybe Shepherd… honestly, your guess is as good as ours 😂… is fully potty trained, wonderful with other dogs, loves people, and is incredibly well behaved. He’s the kind of puppy that settles right into your family and makes you wonder how you ever lived without him.

Update on Lulu, the dog we rescued after she was mauled by another dog 🩷

After her surgery and weeks of recovery, we’re so happy to say that Lulu is doing amazing in her foster home.

Now all she needs is a forever family. 🥹

Lulu is a 7 year old, 18 pound Schnauzer mix who’s fully potty trained and does wonderfully with her foster sibling, another small dog. Because of what she’s been through, we don’t know how she’d do with larger dogs, and we believe she’d be happiest in a home without young children.

Okay… this might be the most unexpected puppy mix we’ve ever rescued. 👀

Everyone meet our newest little crew that’s completely taking over our hearts at the rescue! Their mom is an Australian Cattle Dog, their dad is a Boston Terrier, and somehow… it worked. 😂 We expect these adorable pups to stay around 15–20 pounds full grown, making them the perfect small to medium-sized companions.

They’re now 7 weeks old and officially looking for their forever families.
