Just over two weeks ago, a group of 17 women came together and prayed. Our intention was to create a film highlighting the energy of the curandera within each of us, guided by our own Luz Duque.

Yet because of her family tragedy, she could not be there. And yet we continued. With prayer, hope, release, & powerful forces of creation.

Now Luz joins us for a day of prayer through the drum & sacred ritual like nothing else before.

by and co-creators was one of the most powerful portals I’ve moved through.

It was an experience of true unity, multi-cultural remembrance, and soul healing.

And in this moment, the ineffable has just lifted me up as a woman of the drum by insisting on my presence in this circle.

And that’s how we complete the cycle of life and return to the Magdalenian caves — through invitation to step up as woman.

Gratitude to infinity and beyond, as Buzz says.
