Families for Safe Streets National A group for people who have lost loved ones or been injured in a crash. We confront traffic violence through advocacy and support.

FSS started in NYC but now has 16 chapters in 10 states and is growing as a national movement.

Letโ€™s hear it for Patty Avery. Unfortunate that Tennessee lawmakers would not hear her testimony this week in favor of SB 1927 when itโ€™s such a common sense solution. So we wanted to share it here. We will always remember and honor her daughter, Bethany Schklar, and fight for safer streets where peopleโ€™s loved ones arenโ€™t torn from them.
