Racheal is a Health & Wellness Coach who works with busy, high-performing women to build sustainable habits around nutrition, stress management, movement, sleep, and overall well-being. After seven years in accounting and finance, including leadership roles, she made the leap into coaching to pursue work that aligned with her passion for helping women prioritize their health and build lives that actually support their goals.

What drew her to FemCity is exactly what makes her the right fit to lead it: a belief that the strongest relationships are built through authentic conversations, meaningful introductions, and a genuine interest in each other’s growth.
