Chief Cherise Gause, Co-Founder and Vice President of FAWLEP, recently joined Dimelo 305 to discuss the importance of women in law enforcement, the gender gap—with women representing only 12% of the profession—and the trailblazing women helping pave the way for future generations.

She also highlighted the leadership and legacy of FAWLEP Co-Founder and Corresponding Secretary, Retired Director Stephanie Daniels, FAWLEP Co-Founder and President, Chief Delma Noel-Pratt and Director Sherea Green, Vice President of NOBLE South Florida Chapter.
