As we close out Women’s History Month, we are proud to highlight leaders like Brenda Edmonds, whose journey is rooted in vision, grit, and purpose. From watching a woman CFO early in her career and deciding that would be her path, to leading at the highest levels and ultimately building her own firm, Brenda’s story is one of intention and impact.

Her message is real and actionable: start with the end in mind and make yourself a priority. Maximize your TSP, ask the questions, and build a plan that grows with you. There is no perfect roadmap, but there is power in taking ownership of your financial future and staying intentional every step of the way.
