Meriden YMCA Seals Swim Team The Meriden YMCA Seals Swim Team Boys and girls ages 5-18 with the ability to swim one lap of the pool without stopping are welcome.

The Meriden YMCA Seals Swim Team is designed to provide all swimmers with the opportunity to be a part of a team, to compete and most importantly have fun! For the more competitive swimmers we also give the opportunity to compete in more meets by offering USA swimming in addition to the YMCA (free) meets. Swim team membership also includes a cap, and a Seals t-shirt, dry land training, sports nutr

ition classes and team building activities. Let’s not forget about the fun! Make new friends and enjoy team activities such as bowling, pizza parties, pasta dinners, team banquet, and holiday parties! Come join our swim team family.
