The Camden County Municipal Utilities Authority, an AEA member, recently closed on a loan through the New Jersey Water Bank to purchase three vehicles and a camera system.

The Camden County Municipal Utilities Authority (CCMUA) recently closed on a $1.4 million loan through the New Jersey Water Bank to purchase three vehicles and a camera system needed to operate and maintain CCMUA's Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) facility in the City of Camden.

As the NJ Legislature finalizes the state budget, AEA has joined a coalition of environmental, labor, & business groups supporting Sen. Linda Greenstein's Budget Resolution No. 167, which would restore $60 million in Water Bank funding that had been cut.

New Jersey needs to maintain its water /wastewater infrastructure to protect the environment and human heal and to support a healthy economy.
