Men of the Fox Valley, we're calling on you, your families, and your neighbors this Saturday, August 1st to be the hands and feet of Jesus serving those impacted by the tornado.

We will be meeting at 214 Washington Street in Menasha at 7:00am to organize, pray, and then head out into the impacted areas throughout our community to provide yard clean-up support.

If you feel called to join us, please come prepared to work with appropriate clothing, lots of water, and yard tools like chain saws, rakes, and wheel barrows.

Our second event of 2026 was our biggest event EVER. We served well over 630 people, cooked over 900 pieces of meat, and most importantly, over 17 people gave their lives to Christ. PRAISE GOD!

These events are not only about serving our community and showing them love as commanded by our Lord (Matthew 22:39). They’re about making disciples.

Through our obedience to the two greatest commandments (to love God and our neighbors), we stoke the flames of an eternal fire and introduce people to a loving God who just wants to have a relationship with them. As it says in Matthew 5:14-16:

“You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.”

God is moving in our community and is using Risen as a vehicle to save souls and introduce people to the love of the Father.

Thank you to all the volunteers, Eric/Jesse of Untapped Potential for the wonderful music, Mandy of Built for Her Photography for taking photos, and all of those who contributed financially to make this event possible. We cannot do it without you.

We will be announcing information for our next event on August 22nd shortly which will be in Green Bay, WI.

Exciting news! Untapped Potential will be playing from 12-1pm at the upcoming Community Cookout on Saturday, July 25th at Washington Park in Neenah. Woo!!

Our first community cookout of 2026 went spectacular! This was our biggest event ever; serving over 535 people!

The Lord blessed us with beautiful weather and tons of families to interact with. Six people even gave their lives to the Lord. Six! That’s more than some churches see in an entire year. Praise be to God!

We were more efficient than ever this year with a massive upgrade in our grilling power and new steam table thanks to generous donors. Not to mention all that we learned from all the events in 2025.

Looking forward to our next event in Neenah on July 25th at Washington Park again.
