LEAVEN is helping those impacted by the tornado. If you need assistance, begin the process by completing the Tornado Relief Assistance Request Form on our website. If you don't have access to internet, please call our office at 920-738-9635. This allows our team to learn more about your situation and determine the best way to connect you with support.

You must submit your request online before visiting LEAVEN. Walk-in requests are not available for tornado relief assistance.

LEAVEN OPERATIONAL UPDATE:

As our community continues to recover from the tornado, LEAVEN is dedicating additional time and resources to responding to the needs of individuals and families impacted.

As a result, our regular hours will be temporarily reduced beginning Monday, August 31. This change allows our team to focus on providing tornado-related assistance while continuing to serve our community through our regular programs.
