Unison committed to matching up to $100,000, and this community rose to the challenge! Today, we presented LEAVEN Fox Cities with our matching check, bringing the total raised for Rock For Relief: Menasha Strong to $200,000 for tornado relief efforts!

At LEAVEN, it starts with a conversation.

Our team listens to understand what’s happening, what resources someone may already have and where additional support could make a difference. From there, we help identify available resources and possible next steps based on each person’s individual circumstances.

Our Client Service Coordinator, Cloe, recently started the 2026-27 Heart of the Valley Chamber of Commerce Leadership Academy Class. This program offers local leaders a chance to collaborate and exchange ideas while learning more about themselves and each other, then applying those insights to their teams and organizations. We are grateful for opportunities like these in our community that give our team members the chance to learn and grow.

Board Member Spotlight: Chad Kopitzke

As LEAVEN’s Board President, Chad brings a passion for leadership, service and strengthening our community. Since joining LEAVEN’s Board of Directors in 2024, he has been inspired by LEAVEN’s ability to provide practical support with compassion and dignity, helping neighbors regain stability and hope during life’s most challenging moments. One lesson Chad hopes our community embraces is simple: Take the time to learn someone’s story before making assumptions.

We are grateful for Chad’s leadership and commitment to supporting LEAVEN’s mission.

In the weeks following the tornado, they have gone above and beyond to support our neighbors who have been impacted. They've worked long hours, taken on extra time and responsibilities and continued showing up for everyone. We can't do this work without you!

Join us this Saturday in Downtown Menasha for Rally for the Valley!

The free community event will feature live music, comedy, local makers, food, family-friendly activities and more all while supporting continued tornado recovery efforts.

We’re grateful to the organizers for bringing our community together and for selecting LEAVEN as one of the event’s nonprofit beneficiaries alongside Fox Cities Habitat for Humanity and Pillars.

Robert had always been someone others could count on. He worked hard, showed up for the people around him and spent his free time fixing anything that needed patience and care. But after unexpected back surgery left him unable to work, bills continued while income stopped.

While recovering and waiting for medical clearance to return to work, Robert turned to LEAVEN for temporary rent assistance. That support meant stability to heal properly without risking further injury or losing his housing during recovery.

Today, Robert is back at work and moving forward once again.

You may have seen “Menasha Strong” t-shirts around the Fox Cities community recently. What started as a way to bring people together has turned into an incredible show of community support.

Designed and printed by The Print House LLC in Menasha, these shirts helped raise an incredible $128,065.25, which was donated directly to LEAVEN to support continued tornado relief efforts.

We are so grateful to The Print House for dreaming up this idea and for working hard to get these shirts into the community so quickly. Thank you for showing what can happen when a community comes together.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, we reached our $40 for 40 Years campaign goal of $20,000 and unlocked the full $20,000 matching gift from J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc.!
