We had a really fun time with Jayden and her Gma Vickie for a meet and greet last week! Jayden as you can see loves animals! She didn’t hesitate for a second when I asked her if she wanted to give Tito a kiss! Love it!! Jayden will be starting equine sessions with us soon and I’m super excited! I’m pretty sure she is too 💞

💝CHANCEY💝 3 months and 1 day ago we brought you home. You were nervous, afraid, and unsure. Today you are a BIG beautiful love bug. Tender and gentle although a giant. I have watched so many horses transform emotionally and physically, Chancey emotionally transformed so quickly it makes my heart sing. Although he has some soundness issues from being worked so so hard his entire life (we are working on those) he is happy happy happy! Chancey is not able to do riding sessions but he is active in the HEART program and hopefully will improve physically for light riding soon. Before pictures from July 5th removing kill pen stickers and welcoming him to safety and love. After are from today as you can see he’s made a beautiful physical transformation as well. We absolutely adore you big boy! So proud of you! 🥰

We have a new member to our family. 💝 Meet Autumn for whatever reason (God) she popped up on my feed from the Poteau Humane Society. I’ve never followed them or honestly even knew of them. 2.5 hours away. But when I saw her picture my heart leapt. I called the next day to inquire about her, they were so kind and said she’s heartworm positive, are you still interested? I said 100% filled out a detailed application for her (LOVE THAT THEY ENSURE THEIR ANIMALS GO TO A SAFE FOREVER HOME) and then left it to God. Several days later, the Poteau Humane Society board voted we could be her new home, when they called I felt like I had just won the lottery! Autumn (previously named Sadie by the shelter staff) is an absolute JOY! She has separation anxiety from whatever has happened to her in the past but is quickly overcoming it. We are working through this and a few other things I can tell she’s had some trauma from. She’s being treated for heart-worms and has gained some good healthy weight. We love her. Asher loves her. And we are so happy you are home sweet girl. You make me smile and laugh a lot. She hugs, and loves like there is no tomorrow. What I could learn from you! I am so sad you were thrown away but so happy you are here with us for the rest of your life.
Please look at the sweet dogs this shelter has to offer. Some of them have been there for so long and need a loving home. 💞

A BIG shout out to New Jersey Forest Fire Service for being here to help our local firefighters in Oklahoma. And especially for coming today to make sure we are all safe and no danger of the fire reigniting. They named the fire the Singing Grace Ranch Fire, they were so incredibly nice and of course got to get lots of love from Story 💞💞💞
We appreciate you so much! Safe travels home tomorrow!

So this afternoon was one of my worst fears. FIRE 🔥. It came from the neighbors house and moved into our property. We got Story out quickly, as it came into our quarantine paddock where she is, secured the rest of the big herd in the arena and round pen so we could gather them quickly if needed, made mental plans to start crating small animals in the yard and move the pigs as far away as we could, along with planning minis goats, dogs, chickens etc to get them to safety. Thankfully meeker fire dept along with surrounding departments helped get it under control quickly. They were fast to respond and stopped it before it got out of hand. It was still terrifying. I walked out to one of the trucks on our paddock and looked at the firefighter while he was monitoring any flare ups and when we met eyes he said it before I could. “That was close maam”! Ugh Thank you to my kind neighbors who came to help make sure our animals were safe and supported me while I was cussing like a sailor, so sorry for that!!! 🫣 everyone is okay and safe it was just scary as heck.

We have a name 🥹

Meet Story. ❤️

For years, this beautiful mare carried children at camp. She gave them rides, memories, and the kind of quiet confidence they needed. After a lifetime of showing up for others, she ended up in a kill pen, like so many others sitting, waiting, hoping for a forever home.

That is part of her story, but it will not be the ending.

We chose the name Story because so many children may carry a little piece of hers with them. Now, at Singing Grace Ranch, she gets a new chapter of her own: one with safety, kindness, and a home where she is loved simply because she matters.

Welcome home, Story. We cannot wait to see what this chapter holds for you. 🐴❤️you are sweet, and kind and we love you so much we are so thankful you are here!
So much love and thanks to Lucky Break for helping these babies and our darling Haley for offering not only her time (it was an over 10 journey) truck and horse trailer!

THANK YOU Michelle Zahler for these absolutely beautiful helmets! I’ve never had the “cute” ones my students are going to be SO excited!!! It’s like Christmas for me! So whoever the wonderful person is who donated the two beautiful blue ones and now these we have brand new FUN helmets!! Woo hooooo! Let’s ride! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Some girls take road trips to exciting places like Nashville or Vegas…SGR girls take road trips to the kill pen to save horses.

Today, we travelled to Texas to pick up two former kids camp horses. These sweet souls are so deserving of love and care, both of which they will get lots of!

Names TBD and more details to come!

We wanted to share Kash. This is only his FOURTH session and he is having so much fun, learning at warp speed, we played animal rescue today with the beanie babies and he had the best time! We are so proud of him, he has just recently been diagnosed with Becker Muscular Dystrophy and although a heartbreaking diagnosis on top of having Autism and almost blind in one eye, we believe in miracles. 🙏🏻 On top of just having a wonderful experience riding the horse these “games” will strengthen so many muscles to fight this disease, without feeling like “work” for him. 💞
We wanted to thank the wonderful person who sent us two of the 4 helmets we need on our wishlist! We don’t know who you are but we appreciate you!!! Kash loves his new helmet as his favorite color is blue 🥰
We need two more on our list to be set! I ordered covers for all four in hopes we will get the two others donated!
