Throughout her career, she has partnered with customers in the recruitment marketing and talent management industries, guiding strategic implementations, driving adoption, and ensuring organizations achieve measurable business outcomes.

Erin is passionate about building trusted, long-term customer relationships and serving as a strategic advisor throughout the customer journey. Her expertise includes project and program management, scope and budget oversight, executive stakeholder engagement, change management, and delivering solutions that meet both customer expectations and organizational goals. Courtney Behling is Director of Consumer Banking Strategy and Product Development at F.N.B. Corporation, where she leads the growth, optimization, and evolution of consumer and small business deposit and lending products. In this role, she plays a key part in advancing F.N.B.’s broader growth strategy centered around customer-centric product innovation.

With nearly 15 years of financial services experience, Courtney brings a strong track record of enterprise strategy ex*****on, operating model design, and large-scale transformation. Prior to joining F.N.B., she served as Senior Vice President and Director of Enterprise Strategy and Planning at WesBanco, where she led company-wide strategic and optimization initiatives delivering multi-million-dollar cost savings, workforce efficiencies, and sustainable growth.

The BPSC program is a year-long cohort experience for educators committed to building strong school communities, most often through the implementation of house systems. Students learn best when they feel safe, connected, valued, and supported.
