A growing number of school districts in Western Pennsylvania are adopting "house systems" (think Harry Potter houses, like Gryffindor.) Houses help create unity, purpose, and collaboration among students who might not normally connect or work together. Houses help create a shared community, reinforce essential skills and attributes, and ultimately make students more excited to come to school. Watch the video to hear directly from students!
