👀 COULD YOU BE A YOUNG LIFE LEADER?

We’re looking for more volunteer leaders across Greater Kalamazoo — and we’re wondering if you might be the right fit. 👀

Young Life is about showing up in the lives of teenagers, building real relationships, having a LOT of fun, and introducing students to Jesus. You don’t need to have all the answers. You just need to be willing to show up, care deeply, and invest in the next generation. 🤍

We have TWO big opportunities coming up:

📚 LEADER TRAINING

Our leaders are BACK in town! 🙌🏼💙

We’ve been busy getting ready for a brand new ministry year — praying, planning, dreaming, and preparing for all that God is going to do in Kalamazoo.

And honestly… we can’t wait to see YOU. 🥹 We’re so excited to be back in schools, around lunch tables, at coffee shops, on campuses, at Club, and wherever our students are.

A new year means new students to meet, new friendships to build, new stories to hear, and so many opportunities to remind students that they are deeply loved by Jesus.

“See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?” — Isaiah 43:19

Here’s to a new year of showing up, building relationships, having a whole lot of fun, and watching God move. 💙

Young Life is looking for leaders for the 2026–27 school year, and we’re building a team that is passionate about Jesus, loves students, and is ready to show up in the everyday moments that matter.

If you’re an adult in the Kalamazoo area who loves Jesus + loves high school and/or college students, we genuinely could use YOU on our team. 🙌

You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to be willing to show up, build relationships, have fun, and point students toward Jesus.

There are students in Kalamazoo who need people in their corner. Maybe that person is you.
