📣 WE’RE LOOKING FOR OUR NEXT SOCIAL MEDIA DIRECTOR! 📱⚾🥎

Do you love taking pictures? Making fun posts? Celebrating kids? Keeping people in the loop? Maybe you spend a little more time on Facebook than you’d like to admit? 😜

Mattawan Little League might have the perfect spot for you!

We are looking for someone to step into the role of Social Media Director for the upcoming season.

And before you say, “Oh, I’m not qualified for that…” — STOP. ✋

You do not need to be a marketing professional, graphic designer or social media expert. You just need to be someone who:

💙 Loves supporting our Mattawan kids
💛 Enjoys being creative and having a little fun
📸 Likes sharing photos, celebrations and important updates
📱 Is comfortable using Facebook/social media
⚾🥎 Wants to be involved with Little League in a way that doesn't require coaching a team!

This role gets to share some of the BEST parts of Mattawan Little League — championship celebrations, home runs, first hits, Opening Day, Challenger, tournaments, volunteers, sponsors, community events and all of those little moments that make our league special.

You'll also help keep families informed about registration, schedules, events, weather updates and other important league information.

✨ And here's the best part: you won't be starting from scratch! There are plenty of past posts, graphics, ideas and resources to work from, and I’m happy to help make the transition as easy as possible.

Serving as Social Media Director has given me a front-row seat to so many wonderful moments in our league, and I would love to hand it off to someone who is excited to put their own personality and ideas into it.

Maybe you've wanted to get more involved but weren't sure where you fit.

🥎🏆 20 YEARS LATER… THE CHAMPS ARE REUNITING! 🏆🥎

In 2006, an incredible group of Mattawan Little League athletes made history by winning the Little League Softball World Series Championship! 💙💛

This Saturday, August 15, we’re celebrating 20 years since that unforgettable championship with a World Series Team Reunion!

Former players, coaches, board members, District 15 friends, families, fans and community members are invited to stop by, say hello, share some memories and celebrate this very special piece of Mattawan Little League history.

🚧 Exciting things are happening at the ball fields this week! We are replacing the driveway and asking that everyone stay off of it until further notice. There are temporary driveway signs showing you where to enter if need be. Signs will be removed and a post will be made once you’re able to use the new driveway. Thank you! 🚧
