It is with heavy hearts that Mason Area Youth Action extends our deepest condolences to the family and friends of Jack.

Jack was a wonderful young man and a valued MAYA volunteer who gave his time with kindness and a genuine desire to help others. He will be remembered for his bright spirit and caring heart.

We also lift up his mom, one of MAYA’s most dedicated members, their family, and send our love and support during this incredibly difficult time. Jack will always hold a special place in our MAYA family.

Jackson was born on October 12th, 2006 and passed away on February 27th, 2026 at the age of 19

Congratulations to Ella Bahl on signing with Ferris State Cheer! 🎉
Ella is one of MAYA’s very first grant recipients to go on and compete at the collegiate level — and we couldn’t be more proud.

Best of luck next year at Ferris State, Ella! And thank you to all of our supporters who make opportunities like this possible. 💙
