We know some women in our community are already feeling the weight of Mother’s Day.

Mother's Day can hold a lot.

For some, it’s a day of celebration.
For others, it’s a quiet ache that sits just beneath the surface.

If you know a mother who is loving a baby or child she cannot hold, don’t forget her this Sunday.

Say her baby’s name.
Send a message.
Let her know she’s not alone in this.

And if this is you—we see you. Your motherhood matters. Your love matters. Today and always.

If this resonates, consider sharing or sending it to someone who may need it. ✨

Our organization doesn't slow down for the holiday season. Recently, we delivered two dozen Comfort Bags to one of our partnered hospitals: Lehigh Valley Health Network's Cedar Crest campus.
The Comfort Bags that will provide families with options as they spend far-too-limited time with their precious babies were donated specifically in memory of the following precious children:
Jaxon Kyle Melocheck
Mary Elizabeth Prem
Brenna Marie Conolly
Immanuel
Josie
We are grateful to the families of these children for choosing to donate to us and help us continue bringing comfort in dark times. 💛

*If you wish to make a donation to our organization, please follow your donation with an email to [email protected] and we will be sure to tag a bag in your child's memory. (For every $30 of your donation, one bag will be given in your child's memory.)

Ten years ago, Queen B Project was officially incorporated as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We began with grieving parents at the forefront of our minds and hearts. How can we help them feel less alone and bring comfort in a time of deep darkness? How can we help them make memories, even when they feel their world falling apart? It started with handmade bracelets and oil to nourish baby’s skin; and now we distribute Comfort Bags that contain matching Mom and Baby bracelets, a bracelet for Dad, a lavender remembrance candle, a book, several resource pamphlets, and a crocheted comfort heart pair. We are now partnered with several hospitals across the state of Pennsylvania, and annually we distribute almost 300 Comfort Bags to families. In our ten years of service to the grieving community, we have provided comfort, care and connection to roughly 3,000 families who have experienced miscarriage, stillbirth or early infant death of their precious child.
We at the Queen B Project are able to provide this service to families solely because of the generosity of individuals and families. We do not receive funds from our partnered hospitals to be able to give this comfort to their patients.
Many of these Comfort Bags are given in loving memory of specific babies. Usually, we will tag a Comfort Bag for a baby with a donation of $30. In honor of our 10th anniversary, though, we will tag a Comfort Bag for a baby with a donation of $10.
Donations can be made through our website: https://queenbproject.com/donate/
Please follow your donation up with an email to [email protected], indicating that you made a donation and include your baby’s name.

Children's Grief Awareness Day is TODAY. We know so many of you are “Champions of Hope," even while you are also grieving.
We invite you to participate with us by sharing a picture of yourself wearing blue or holding the speech bubble, “Holding on to Hope.” You may post it right here in the comment section or tag our organization in your social media post. Traditionally, the blue butterfly has also been a symbol of Children's Grief Awareness as the blue color signifies the sorrow that a child feels following their loss of a loved one, and the butterfly signifies the resilience of a child to transform through his or her hardship. 🦋

Children's Grief Awareness Day is on Thursday, November 20, 2025. This year's theme is "Champions of Hope," and there are many people in children's lives who support them as they grieve someone close to them. It may be you, a teacher, a neighbor, or a close friend.
We invite you to participate with us by sharing a picture of yourself wearing blue or holding the speech bubble, “Holding on to Hope.” You may post it right here in the comment section. Traditionally, the blue butterfly has also been a symbol of Children's Grief Awareness as the blue color signifies the sorrow that a child feels following their loss of a loved one, and the butterfly signifies the resilience of a child to transform through his or her hardship. 🦋
