The Halloween Parade is this Thursday evening neighbors! If you live or work on the parade route please help us light the way by turning on your porch lights and coming outside to support the participants!
The following road closures will also be in place to secure the safety of the participants:
Erie Street: Erie Street will be closed at Allegheny Street and Schuylkill Street, along with all side streets connecting to Erie Street between these two intersections. These closures will begin at 5:45 p.m.
Fire Police Assignments: Fire police will be stationed at Claster Street and Erie Street, as well as at Schuylkill Street and Allegheny Street. These intersections will be fully closed once the parade begins.
Allegheny Street and Church Street: We will attempt to position a fire police officer at this intersection once the parade begins moving through the area to assist motorists who need to cross Allegheny Street.
Parade Judging Area: Market Street at Juniata Street and Market Street at Canal Street will be closed beginning at 5:45 p.m. This area will be used for parade judging, and the skid-mounted light tower will be positioned there.
Thanks to the residents for your patience and cooperation. Please share this information with your neighbors so everyone can properly prepare.
