Thank you to everyone who auditioned for MCT’s production of Carrie the Musical! We were blown away by the talent you brought over the past 3 nights. Thank you so much to everyone who attended the auditions for MCT’s production of Carrie the Musical! Thank you for sharing your passion and talents with us the last 2 nights. We would like to see the following individuals on Sept. 1, starting at 6 PM at your designated call time. Who we’re looking for
We’re casting 14 talented individuals to fulfill the roles for this production. Everyone ages 18+ are able to audition. We are looking for people with strong vocal control and dramatic acting skills. Dance experience is a plus.

What to expect
Everyone should prepare a 1-minute vocal selection to sing at their audition. We may also teach a short dance sequence, if needed. All audition attendees will be asked to do a cold read from the show.

Bring:
A headshot, if not included in your online form
Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes.
Come ready to embrace new challenges and have fun!

Virtual Audition Information
Step 1: Email [email protected] with the subject line: Carrie Virtual Audition. An MCT representative will reach out and provide you with a link to a Google Drive folder with all of the audition materials you need, including a side for cold reading, and an instruction video for our dance audition.
Step 2: Record your video auditions into separate video files: one for your 1-minute vocal selection, one for your cold read, and one for your dance audition. Note: for the dance audition, we’re not looking for perfection. We just want to see how you move!
