It's the Wednesday after Labor Day, which means all Ohio schools are officially in session! The Honesty for Ohio Education LGBTQ+ Coalition wants to hear from you—students, families, educators, and the community—about the school climate now that the 2026-2027 school year is underway. Have things gotten worse since HB 8 was implemented last year? We're listening to understand what's impacting our K-12 LGBTQ+ community in Ohio in 2027 so we can start the push for better policy in 2028. Take the survey today and please share it with friends and family who need to be heard: bit.ly/HB8survey2026
