Apple Cider Spritz
We still have some summer left, but to close out this series, I wanted something to lead us into fall. This fruity and warm spritz is perfect for the warmer fall days ahead.

Ingredients:
🍎2-3 oz Apple Cider
🍹 1 oz Aperol
🍾 2-3 oz Prosecco
🍂Sprinkle of Cinnamon
🍁Apple wedge (for garnish)

Start with your glass filled with ice and add the Apple Cider and Aperol and stir. Then add the sparkling wine of your choice. Top with club soda or sparkling water. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon and an apple wedge. Stir and sip!

FROZEN Aperol Spritz
I couldn't wait to try this one! If you like an Aperol Spritz, you must try it frozen! Reminder: our exclusive launch party with Mako & Vine is soon (https://makoandvine.com/). Get your ticket before they sell out

Ingredients:
🍾 1 bottle of Prosecco
🍹 1 cup Aperol
🫧 1 cup Club Soda or Sparkling Water

Freeze your prosecco in an ice cube tray or pan. Add frozen prosecco to a blender, add Aperol and club soda, and blend. Stir, Sip, and Share!

Prosecco Colada
I think we have found the ULTIMATE summer spritz. If you are feeling beachy and need something tropical, this is the cocktail for you! This is a sweet drink, grab the light pineapple juice if you want to reduce some of the sweetness. Don't forget our August event is coming up soon, this is an exclusive launch party with Mako & Vine, you won't want to miss it!

Ingredients:
🥃 1 oz Coconut Rum
🌴1 oz Coconut Cream
🍍 2 oz Pineapple Juice
🍾 3-4 oz Prosecco
🍹 Fresh Pineapple (for garnish)

Start with a shaker filled with ice, add your rum, coconut cream, and your pineapple juice, and shake it! Strain into your glass filled with ice and top with Prosecco. Garnish with a pineapple. Stir and Sip!

St. Germain Spritz
This light, floral, and honeyed spritz would be delicious all year round, but it is full of summer vibes! Shout out to & for providing the St. Germain!!

Ingredients:
🌸 2 oz St. Germain
🍾 3 oz Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio
🫧 Top with Club soda or sparkling water
🌱 Fresh Mint or lemon wheel (for garnish)

Start with your glass filled with ice and add the St. Germain, swirl to chill the liqueur. Then add the sparkling wine of your choice. Top with club soda or sparkling water. Garnish with fresh mint. Stir and sip!

Watermelon Spritz! My neighbor mentioned making watermelon juice for cocktails and I ran with the idea (AKA I stole it, thank you, Carol!). This spritz is sweet, summery, and begging to be by the water this weekend.

Ingredients:
🍾 3 parts Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio
🍉 1 part fresh watermelon juice
🫧 Top with Club soda or sparkling water
🌱 Fresh Mint (for garnish)

Start with your glass filled with ice.
Pour in your white wine, then add your watermelon juice. Top with club soda or sparkling water. Garnish with fresh mint. Stir and sip!

Watermelon Juice
Cut cubes of fresh watermelon directly into the blender (or juicer, sigh). Then blend it together until it’s smooth, 30 seconds or less. Pour the watermelon mix through a fine mesh strainer and refrigerate before use.

It's time for white wine! Inspired by my garden, this Thyme and White Wine Spritz is herbaceous, citrusy, and refreshing.

Ingredients
🍾4 oz Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, or unoaked Chardonnay
🫧2 oz Club soda or sparkling water
🍋½ oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
🍯½ oz Thyme simple syrup
🌱Fresh thyme sprig and a lemon wheel (for garnish)

Start with your glass generously filled with ice.
Pour in the white wine, lemon juice, and thyme simple syrup. Then top with club soda or sparkling water. Garnish with a lemon wheel and a fresh sprig of thyme. Stir and sir!

Thyme simple syrup
Equal parts water and granulated sugar I used a cup of water and a cup of sugar. Stir in a small saucepan over medium heat until the sugar dissolves completely. Remove from heat
and add 3-4 (or more !) sprigs of fresh thyme. Let the mixture steep for 15 to 20 minutes. Lastly remove thyme and cool in the
refrigerator before use.
