We’re hiring a Part-Time Human Resources Coordinator.
Because even a place full of dogs still needs someone to keep the humans in line.
Sol Dog Lodge and Training Center is growing, and we’re looking for an organized, people-loving, detail-minded HR Coordinator to help support the team behind the dogs.
If you’ve got 1–2 years of HR, payroll, office admin, or related experience and you’re ready to grow your skills in a nonprofit that’s doing meaningful work, keep reading.
This role will help with all the important human stuff, like:
🐾 onboarding new team members
🐾 coordinating hiring and interviews
🐾 supporting payroll and benefits
🐾 keeping employee records and HR processes organized
🐾 helping with training, communication, and employee engagement
🐾 building systems that help a growing organization run smoothly
Right now, this is a part-time position, but we expect it to grow into full-time within the next 12 months as Sol Dog continues to expand.
